In just 2 weeks we will have you exercising regularly, feeling confident & safe working out, eating healthy and in a routine that makes you feel like you can take on the world.
Getting started is the hardest part but we will make it easy!
Your 2 Weeks Will Include:
- 4 Awesome Fit-Camp workouts in our private gym with highly experienced and motivating coaches! These workouts will be in a small and fun group environment and will be tailored individually to you and your fitness levels. Perfect for beginners!
- A Nutrition and Goal Setting Seminar to set your transformation off on the right foot from day one.
- Hang with a group of like-minded, every-day people who want to get fit and healthy just like you! As a team we will inspire each other to stay on track.
- Biometric testing and body measurements to start your fitness journey so you can see your progress.
- 4 DIY home workouts for those who want a little more during the week
- 24/7 support from your coaches and crew who want to see you succeed and are ready to troubleshoot any challenges you come across
