• Those who have been doing CrossFit for a while and feel stuck on particular movements. Let us take you through some personalised drills to nail those movements that are bugging you!
• Those with injuries or imbalances that stop them performing at their best. Let us help you find your way back to fitness
• Those who do not enjoy a class environment, cannot make class times or simply prefer one on one training
